Ingredients

¼ cup popcorn kernels (or 8 cups popped popcorn)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (or olive oil, for a lighter option)
2 teaspoons Nacho Flavour in a Pinch, or to taste
Pinch of salt, to taste

Preparation

Pop: Pop the popcorn according to package instructions. 

Season: Drizzle the warm popcorn with melted butter (or olive oil) and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle Nacho Flavour in a Pinch and a pinch of salt over the top, tossing again until the seasoning is well distributed. Repeat at least twice to be sure every kernel is coated.

Serve: Enjoy immediately while still warm.

Tips:

If popping over the stove, use coconut oil instead of any other fat - this will make it taste like cinema popcorn.

For a more indulgent version, add a sprinkle of finely grated Parmesan or a handful of crushed tortilla chips for texture.
